The complexity and size of today's machines and plants no longer makes it possible to develop individual software solutions for every single plant. In order to still be able to act economically, it is often necessary to develop software platforms or frameworks as a software basis or "construction kit" for the machine builder. In order to create the actual plant software from the software basis or framework, various software generators can be used. These automatically generate the software in the non-safe and safe areas of the controllers as well as the necessary documentation. Machine builders must therefore follow the approach of "parameterizing instead of programming". This gives them a considerable competitive advantage. This is because the standard software is created quickly and they can concentrate on their real challenge - implementing individual customer requirements in the custom area of the software.
At the beginning, we carry out a precise requirements analysis together with the machine builder within the framework of a workshop. The planning and conception of the concrete implementation then takes place in several successive phases, which are partly also supported by further workshops. We develop complete solutions for our customers that are always "state of the art", highly flexible and easily expandable. In most cases, the project implementation takes place in an agile software development team.
