Lab automation is booming in Switzerland

"Digital transformation in laboratory is still present," says Alexander Brendel, Business Segment Manager Laboratory Automation at infoteam. According to this the topic is present at toolpoint's sector meetings in Switzerland, which infoteam as toolpoint member attends regularly. Especially spring conference together with German industrial federation for optical, medical and mechatronic technologies e. V. (SPECTARIS) from 6th to 7th of March at innovation park Dübendorf (CH) contained again important key topics for forthcoming progress: "Within SPECTARIS there is a group for establishing necessary standards and interfaces in lab automation. Of course, we are able and we would like to share our knowhow as partner of SiLA standard."
