This year Great Place to Work® again honours companies that are good places to work in Greece. The Greek subsidiary of the infoteam Software Group, infoteam HELLAS MIKE in Thessaloniki, has been included in the Best Workplaces list. The Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work® is the highest level of recognition of the quality of working life in a company.
In addition to an employee survey, the specialist for software services from the Greek city of Thessaloniki had to undergo a structured management survey, the so-called Great Place to Work® Culture Audit, as part of the competition. The audit examined the importance of workplace culture in the company as well as fundamental corporate values and their strategic significance.
Certification due to exceptional results
The seal recognises companies that are good to work for and highlights players like infoteam HELLAS MIKE that put employee experience at the heart of their priorities. The rating is initially based on an anonymous and representative survey of infoteam Hella MIKE employees. With a participation rate of 100%, the company achieved the outstanding score of 97% positive responses on average.
