Something was missing in the last days: Erlangen without its traditional Bergkirchweih. A depressed Corona atmosphere in the whole region instead of an exuberant party mood. But before the displeasure grows, one should try to make the best of it. We saw it that way and support the Klimperkasten Erlangen and the band Moskitos with their idea to let the traditional Bergkirchweih take place anyway - via livestream from the Klimperkasten.
And the great thing about it: During the stream, donations for the parents' initiative of children with cancer in Erlangen were collected diligently. We participated in this project and supported it with 3,000 Euros.
