On December 4th, the pilot plant of the RoboFill 4.0 research project went live for the first time in Weihenstephan. The approximately 120 participants of the so-called bottle cellar seminar at the faculty of Food Packaging Technology had the exclusive opportunity to visit the RoboFill 4.0 project demo plant. The project, funded by the Bavarian Research Foundation, aims to develop a robot-supported filling concept for individual beverage preparation. The successful commissioning of the demonstration plant was now the last step of this interdisciplinary project. infoteam Software AG has contributed to the success of this project as well as several companies and research institutions.
