infoteam Software AG has been awarded the kununu Top Company 2022 seal, making it one of the most popular companies on the employer portal.
The "Top Company 2022" employer seal honors infoteam Software AG because it was rated particularly well by employees. "We are very pleased that our employees rate us so highly and that we were able to meet the specified criteria for the seal," says Raphael Hirschmann, HR Officer at infoteam.
The special thing about the seal is: The award is created on the basis of evaluations on the company profile. Through the data-based and independent awarding of the seal, an authentic evaluation of the company's presentation can be guaranteed.
Requirements for the award are:
- At least six ratings from employees.
- At least a score of 3.8 stars overall as well as in employee reviews.
- An average employee evaluation score of at least 3.8 stars over the past twelve months.
- At least one rating in the past twelve months. An updated application is also counted as a new rating.
