The infoteam Software Group is expanding its management team: Roland Hänel will take over the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 April 2025. This will add an experienced leader to the board around CEO Joachim Strobel, who will provide additional impetus in operational management. Hänel brings extensive experience from his previous role at grandcentrix, where he played a key role in the development and scaling of innovative software solutions.

The decision to create the COO position is a strategic response to increasing market requirements and the ongoing digital transformation processes within the software industry. With Roland Hänel, the infoteam Software Group will actively shape this change and further strengthen its position as an innovation partner for its customers.

Roland Hänel is 48 years old, married and the father of two children.
