Successful AI projects in practice
infoteam has already implemented numerous successful AI projects for well-known customers. One outstanding example is the collaboration with a leading medical technology manufacturer. For this company, infoteam has developed an AI-based software solution to support global service, which processes and analyses service notifications more efficiently.
To do this, infoteam uses the Large Language Model (LLM) GPT-4o from OpenAI. While this model is also used in applications such as ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot, in this case it does not run on OpenAI's public servers, but in a protected area of the medical technology manufacturer - ensuring the highest level of data security.
The LLM analyses service messages, generates suitable topics in the form of structured data, groups topics with similar content and assigns meaningful headings (known as labels) to the resulting groups. The result: an intelligent software solution that processes service messages in a structured manner, recognises known and new problems at an early stage and thus significantly optimises the service process. This project impressively demonstrates how infoteam uses AI in a targeted manner to create added value for customers and make processes more intelligent.
Strongly networked in the AI ecosystem: membership of KI Park e.V.
As part of its AI strategy, infoteam is increasing its involvement in the AI environment and recently joined the renowned KI Park e.V. as a member. The KI Park is one of the leading innovation networks for artificial intelligence in Germany and Europe.
