How can I apply at infoteam?

What level do my German skills have to be?

Our teams are in close contact with our customers. Therefore, we require a good knowledge of German for every new employee (m/f/x). A language level of at least B2 (level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)) is essential.



Your application at infoteam

How does the application process at infoteam work?

If we receive your application successfully, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt. The documents will then be reviewed by our recruiting team and the specialist department. This can take up to two weeks. Ideally, this will be followed by an invitation to an interview. In the following interview we will discuss when we will give you feedback.



Your start with infoteam

Are there flexible working hours at infoteam?

At infoteam you can generally manage your working hours flexibly. The only important thing is that you coordinate with your team on a regular basis. You maintain your working time account independently. Accumulated overtime can be used to balance your free time. The weekly working time is usually 40 hours. Depending on the project and the department, you can reduce the working time (e.g. 35 hours).

How many days is the annual leave?

At infoteam you have an annual leave of 30 working days, based on five working days per week. The holidays should be taken by the end of January of the following year at the latest.

How are employees promoted at infoteam?

All employees (m/f/x) are regularly offered further training at infoteam. Personal initiative in this area is also expressly desired and, after consultation with the supervisor, it is also possible to take part in external training courses and events.

In the infoteam Expert House, our junior professionals benefit from individually tailored training courses and network meetings. Everyone has a contact person who is responsible for targeted promotion. In staff appraisals, which take place regularly, topics such as promotion and further development are discussed together.

Are there salary bands at infoteam that serve as orientation?

infoteam is based on the average salaries in the region and has a fair salary model that takes all employees (m/f/x) into account.
